Upon booking an inspection, the agent is notified of your request and has the option to either accept or decline. In the event of acceptance, we immediately provide you with the Agent's contact information and further instruction. Following this, we encourage you to directly contact the agent to address any inquires and coordinate your inspection day. Should the agent decline your reservation or fail to respond within 48 hours, the booking will be automatically canceled.
